Return or exchange process
If you find yourself unhappy with your purchase, items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days after delivery, if they are unworn and returned in their original condition with packaging and swing tags attached. After an item is returned, it will be inspected and, should it meet the above criteria, you will be credited by EFT. Please allow 7 working days for this process.
Return or exchange shipping fee
Customers are liable for collection fees in case of returns, at location-related shipping rates.
Customers are liable for collection and delivery fees in case of exchanges, at location-related shipping rates. We would suggest using the PUDO locker to locker service to keep the cost to a minimum.
Shipping fees are not refundable.
Items bought on sale may not be returned or exchanged.
Due to hygiene reasons, earrings and headwear may not be returned or exchanged.
If you have been sent a damaged or faulty item please notify us within 7 days and we will do everything we can to replace the item at our expense.
